November 9,2005 Hello, We would like to say just a few words about Camelot Web Hosting Service. Recently, my partner and I decided to establish our own web-shop, and of course we required a hosting service in order to do this. Since neither of us had any experience with computers, except for the usual operating skill, we needed to find a host that would provide a site builder, shopping cart, and good support service. There are a lot of hosting services which have site builders and shopping carts, and claim to have good 24 hour support service. Sadly, this is not always the case. We had terrible support with two such services, and were just about to give up hope of being able to customize our shop. We will not go into detail, just suffice it to say, that the problems that we experienced gave us the impression at times, that the person doing the 'support', did not have much more knowledge than we had. Then we found Camelot Hosting Service. The 'Zen Cart' which the host provides, is an absolutely wonderful shopping cart, and is virtually limitless in what can be done with it. The support service which we have recieved, has been of an extremely highly skilled, patient, and attentive nature. The assistance that we have recieved has been invaluable to us, We only wish that we would have found Camelot Hosting at the very beginning.
