And the best part is, you can talk directly to the people who have the knowledge and ability to make things happen, not a customer service representative who is paid $7 an hour and feeds you canned responses. The bottom line is that I have been extremely satisfied with my web hosting and would recommend them to both experienced web developers and newbies like I was.
