If you want to cancel your hosting account you will need to login to your  Camelot-hosting account first.

Now in the Account Dropdown click on "My Services", on the next page click on the "Manage" button to the right of your hosting package.

On the next page scroll to the bottom and you will see the "Request Cancellation" link.

Please note that this is the ONLY acceptable to way to cancel your account
