Port 3306 is Open
1 If you are a Security Metrics Customer
Send an email to [email protected] with the scan number in the subject line.
Inform them that you are a Camelot Hosting customer and that they see port 3306 as open because they are whitelisted......they are aware of this issue with every scan.
2 If you are a trustwave Customer
Please login to trustwave and dispute the issue informing them that this port is not open to the public but they are able to see it because their scanners IP's are white listed
