Client Area Password problems

If you haven't changed your client area password between 10/13 and 10/20 then your old password should still work. Those that did change their client area password during that time should contact us to have the password set manually by us because the password reset function will send those customer that did change it a garbage password. This happened because the changes we made md5 hashed the passwordand that hashed password is what it is sending you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

During our upgrades we have found that user passwords for the client area no longer work.You will need to use the password forgotten function and reset your password for the client area. It would be a good time to also change your cpanel/ftp password at this time also, as it is good security policy to change passwords occasionally.
